Reality versus Fiction

The truth of the matter is nothing reflects the "real world" of experience. Not fiction, not nonfiction, not bland news reports, not even media like film and TV. Reality is simply too complex.

A writer uses her own vision of the universe to create her fiction. That vision is ordered so that the complex chaos of reality makes sense and has a pattern.

If readers find her vision of reality to be truthful for them, (they buy into her vision and understand it), the writer has been successful. Part of that "buying in" is seeing the complexity of human personality and the male/female romantic relationship reflected in that writing.
Since so many women read romance, romance must reflect emotional, if not physical, reality for women.

In the same sense, most of us don't believe in vampires, but that doesn't prevent us from enjoying a good vampire romance. Those of us who analyze our responses to books see that the vampire romance reflects certain emotional needs and power issues for us so it is emotionally real although not "reality" real.

I took time to read through all the comments ! And my pay and benefits are also quite handsome, but my boss is repeatedly asking me to quit. She is trying to sound as if she is only concerned about my health and the baby, but it is getting me stressed cause on the other hand she is asking me to work on weekends and for longer hours. I really wanted to complete my graduate studies but with a baby on the way is it a good time to quit and go for my further education? health insurance

I’m interested in your perspective on people having life insurance from a believer’s point of view. I read a book many years ago written by a preacher who basically said if you believed in the Lord you should not have any kind of insurance because that indicated you didn’t trust the Lord to provide for you in a time of need. That disturbed me since I was always taught to look out for myself and prepare for adversity.

Hello, This insurance covers only if the customer's car is lost or has the damage for minimum 75% until could not be used anymore. If the customer's car has an accident and his car damage until 75%, the guarantor (the insurance company) will pay the customer's claim.
